Ride your pace
All abilities*, all bikes, one road. No one’s required to race.Every group gets full aid-station and SAG support. *Must be able to keep 9mph pace to finish this ride.
Route 66 turns 100 this year, and Active Arizona is marking it the way we know best — on two wheels. Cycle AZ 66 traces the Mother Road out of Kingman to Valentine and back, fully supported with aid stations, on-course mechanics, and SAG the whole way.
This isn’t a race. It’s a ride for the century-old road and everyone who’s ever wanted to see it slow. Whether you’re chasing a fast time or just chasing the scenery, there’s a pace group for you.
Produced by Active Arizona — the statewide coalition that’s championed Arizona cyclists since 2002 — and held alongside the I Heart Route 66 Festival in Kingman.
